We have simplified the way we do quotes – we have reduced the cost of all installations to £1,290 ex. VAT for all baths with a panel, and an extra cost of £100 for baths with water jets. You don’t need to have someone visit you to get your quote.
Rapid installation, quick and efficiently fitted
It takes on average 2-4 hours to install a UDOOR in a straight bath with a plastic or wooden panel and 3-6 hours for all other baths.
Contactless assessments
We have introduced contactless assessments, simply send a photo of your bath by email, Facebook or WhatsApp.
Only essential staff are sent to install your UDOOR
We have minimised all unnecessary contact. Your installation will be carried out by a maximum of 2 fitters.
Cleaning
A strict cleaning scheme is in place, including cleaning of touched surfaces, for example door handles and bannisters. We disinfect and sanitise your bathroom before and after your installation. We take any rubbish or refuse created with us.
PPE
Your engineer will be wearing a face mask, gloves, face shield and shoe covers.

We maintain a safe distance within your home. Physical distancing is in place throughout our your home
Regular communication with staff regarding preventative measures
We monitor information regarding the spread of COVID-19 continually. All our staff have been advised to follow WHO recommendations on hygiene to prevent the spread of this virus.
Communication with governing bodies
Ongoing cooperation and implementation of measures introduced by local health authorities.
Symptoms or positive test
If any of our staff test positively, shows symptoms or have been in contact with others who may be ill they will be asked to stay home to self-quarantine. Likewise, we cannot visit homes where someone has had symptoms of the virus 14 days prior to their installation date.
Contactless payments
You can pay by card, online through our webstore or by bank transfer in order to reduce contact between customers and staff.
At UDOOR we have simplified your experience with us from start to finish and you can trust that we are doing everything we can to provide that you have a safe, reliable service to meet the essential need to improve access to your bath. Installing your UDOOR will take a matter of hours to complete but choosing to have your bathroom remodelled may mean you will not be able use the bathroom for several days or weeks, it might require several people to visit your home and you may have to turn the water off for part of the day. You may also need to get several quotes in person before being able to make a choice.
